Usage method
In the refining temperature range, put the quantitative refining agent into the powder powder machine storage tank and cover it well, first pass nitrogen (pressure is 1.2 ~ 1.8kg/cm2) Then open the switch below the refining tank, when the iron pipe has refining agent ejecting, insert the iron pipe into the liquid aluminum for horizontal movement, the insertion depth should be the iron pipe end at 3/4 of the depth of the liquid aluminum is appropriate, move the iron pipe 2 ~ 3 times before and after, do not touch the furnace wall, in the refining time (6 ~ 20 tons of 10 ~ Within 15 minutes), the flux is sprayed, and then the iron pipe is drawn from the aluminum liquid and the nitrogen is turned off.
Matters needing attention
A. The speed of powder delivery is controlled by opening the size of the switch at the bottom of the refining tank, and the flux is sprayed as much as possible during the refining time
